We have around 260 employees and 6 workshops for high speed press, aluminium casting, injection moulding, riveting, winding and assembly. They are well equipped with a complete set of equipment like high speed punching machine, die casting machine, injection moulding machine and 4 assembly lines. We can produce on average 35,000 electric motors per day.

Raw materials and outsourced parts that we use in the production of electric motors are all provided by professional suppliers. The incoming quality control and the regular testing which is performed by a third-party laboratory guarantee the quality of our products.
Our QC inspectors carry out spot check of parts and accessories during processing regularly. Wire diameter, number of turns and resistance are measured and examined during winding. Outer diameter, rivet shaft and axial endplay are tested during riveting.
All the parts should meet the required standards before storing.
The finished products are tested regarding power steering, current, power, reduced voltage starter, hipot test and noise analysis after assembly.
A random inspection of packed products is done before shipping to minimize defect rate.
